Jennie Olson and Jen Laverdure won the election and will serve as Local 328’s president and vice president for the next two years.

Our union, our employer, and we as individuals have faced many challenges over the past few years, with the pandemic radically changing the workforce and how we function together. We believe that Local 328 has struggled to adapt to these changes, especially this year, and has lost focus on the reason we have a union: our members.
